Jeremy Goldstein is a highly experienced attorney who knows a great deal about the stock market, among other areas of business. He is known for his viewpoints on stock being used as a tool of compensation by companies for a very long time. Jeremy Goldstein knows that there are several factors that have contributed to the decline of the value of stocks for around a decade or more. Jeremy’s three main concerns about this have been chiefly, that the accounting expenditure that is often associated with stock options, very much exceeds the perceived evaluation that the employee might have for said stock. Secondly, Jeremy is concerned with how when a company’s stock value drops there is a very small chance that any money can be saved, which often incurs a large expense.
